General booking conditions 

These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with Delle Vittorie. Please read the contents of this document carefully, as your respective rights and obligations are defined here.

In these Booking Conditions the terms “you”, “your”, “yours” refer to all names indicated in the booking (including names added or replaced at a later time). “We” and “our” refer to Delle Vittorie Accomodation. The term “Suppliers” refers to any third party who may provide transportation, hospitality or any other service directly contracted with you.

  1. Your Booking
    By making a booking, the person completing the process confirms that they adhere to these Booking Conditions and is responsible for any payments due to us.

We will confirm your stay (which is subject to availability) by sending you a confirmation note via email. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us if it appears incomplete or incorrect. A credit card will be required to confirm and guarantee the booking. If you choose not to provide your credit card at the time of booking, the confirmation email will ask you for a deposit to be sent by bank transfer. In the absence of one of the two required guarantee conditions, DELLE VITTORIE reserves the right not to confirm the booking. The balance is to be paid directly at check in.

  1. Your Contract
    The contract comes into existence when we send you the booking confirmation. The aforementioned contract is subject to Italian laws and the parties agree that any possible dispute will be under the jurisdiction of Italian law.
  2. The cost of your stay
    Delle Vittorie Accomodation reserves the right to increase or decrease rates at any time. The price of your stay will however be confirmed at the time of your booking. From the moment your booking is confirmed (subject to errors and omissions), the price of your stay will not change. Local tourist taxes pursuant to art. will not be included in the confirmed rate. 4 Legislative Decree No. 23/2011. Payment of the aforementioned taxes must be made on site at the same time as payment for the booked services; as regards subjects exempted from paying the tourist tax, reference is made to Chapter D (Exemptions) art. 4 of the aforementioned legislative decree. We reserve the right to correct any errors, whether in the advertised or confirmed price. We will update prices as soon as we become aware of the error. Please note that errors and changes may occasionally occur. We advise you to check the price of the stay you have chosen when booking.
  3. Changes made by you
    If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must necessarily notify us by contacting our booking center on +39 091 335453 or by email booking@bbdellevittrie.it . Delle Vittorie cannot guarantee that it will be able to satisfy all your modification requests. Certain changes may be considered as cancellations and consequently subject to a penalty (see point 5 of this document).
  4. Cancellations made by you

Your cancellation notification will only be effective if made to our Booking Center by telephone 091 335453 – Mob.
3348854473 or e-mail: info@bbdelvittorie.it. In the event that the cancellation is made by you after the free cancellation deadlines 7 days (Refundable rate) or 1 day (Super Flexible rate) before arrival you will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay.

In case of failure to cancel within the indicated terms and/or no show (no show), you will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay.

There may be particularly advantageous rate plans with more restrictive cancellation policies or higher penalties, equal to up to 100% of the value of the stay itself.

This penalty will however be communicated to you at the time of booking.

 

  1. Changes and cancellations made by us
    Delle Vittorie reserves the right, where strictly necessary, to make changes or correct errors in the website and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. In this case, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible. If there is the possibility and the time necessary to prepare things before your stay begins, you will be notified as soon as possible and the following alternatives will be proposed:
    1. (for significant changes) accept the modified conditions
    2. an alternative stay proposed by us, with similar or higher standards and conditions than the one originally booked, or
    3. cancel your booking, in which case any payment already made to us will be refunded to you. Please note that the alternatives proposed above are not applicable if the changes are of a minor nature.

 

  1. Force Majeure
    Except for the cases expressly contemplated by these Booking Conditions, we are not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you (as described in detail in point 9) or in the event that the complete or partial use of our services is limited due to the occurrence of "force majeure" causes. In this Booking Conditions document, “force majeure” means any event which cannot be foreseen or avoided by us or our service providers, despite all care taken. This type of event includes war-like or similar events, riots, civil wars, terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, strikes or any other event beyond our control.
  2. Our responsibility towards you
    It is Delle Vittorie's intent to prepare the services you book with the utmost care. We will be responsible for any failure that occurs during your stay, in the event that the cause is attributable to a failure by us or our employees (if they were carrying out their faculties and duties as employees). However, it will be your responsibility to demonstrate that there has actually been a non-compliance on our part, in the event that you wish to make a complaint. We will not be liable for illness, injury or injury, death, loss of any personal effects, damage, additional cost in any of the following cases:
  3. due to your personal lack/carelessness
  4. for shortcomings attributable to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service or stay, shortcomings that could not have been foreseen or avoided, or
  5. due to an event or circumstance that we or the provider of the service in question could not foresee or avoid, despite the utmost care applied
  6. for lack of some third party who is not directly involved in providing services on our behalf.

Further to this, we will not be liable for any lack of enjoyment of your stay due to your failure to provide us with any important item to this effect at the time of booking or not in the booking contract.

In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included in the contract.

  1. Problems and complaints
    If you have any reason to make a complaint or have any problems to report, you are required to inform the service staff immediately. Many problems can be solved quickly. In the event that you are still dissatisfied, you can write to: info@bbdellevitorie.it
  2. Behavior
    When booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself. Full and immediate payment will be required for any damage or loss caused, directly to the manager of Delle Vittorie or the service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be liable for any lawsuit brought against you and will also be required to pay full legal fees of ours and those of any third parties involved.

When booking, you agree to respect the timetables, regulations and warnings established by DELLE VITTORIE to ensure order, quiet and efficiency in the service of users.

  1. General conditions for suppliers
    Some of the services that make up your holiday are offered by suppliers independent of the hotel. The latter provide these services according to their general conditions of sale. A copy of the parts relating to these terms and conditions, where available, can be provided upon request by Delle Vittorie or by the supplier itself.
  2. Special requests and health problems
    Any special requests must be made at the time of booking.
    While we will endeavor to accommodate all requests, as long as they are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met. We will not be able to accept reservations in which a particular condition of fulfillment of a special request is specified. All bookings will be treated as “standard” bookings subject to the above special request provisions. If you have health problems or disabilities that could affect your holiday, please let us know before confirming your booking. If we reasonably believe that we cannot satisfy the particular needs you have indicated, we reserve the right to decline your booking or, if such information is not received at the time of booking, it will not subsequently be taken into consideration.
  3. Travel documents
    You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be refunded if, due to incorrect travel documents, you are unable to carry out or complete your stay and we will not be responsible for any additional costs you may suffer as a result.

 

General informations

Delle Vittorie reserves the right to modify or not provide additional services even if booked. If possible, you will be informed of the changes before the start of your stay.

Breakfast:
DELLE VITTORIE provides the traditional breakfast.
The term Bed & Breakfast means that breakfast is the only meal included in the price. If you have any special requests regarding breakfast, we ask you to let us know before travel, so that we can better organize your buffet, although we do not guarantee that we can always satisfy your requests. In case of restrictions caused by COVID-19 (RED / ORANGE ZONE) breakfast is not included in the price.

Rooms and Services :
The types of accommodation assigned are exactly those requested in the reservation. In case of sudden and unforeseen unavailability at the time of your arrival of the type of accommodation reserved, our. booking will proceed with assigning a higher accommodation category. In cases of renovation work in progress during your stay, it may be necessary to temporarily close the areas for common use or suspend some services. The housing units can be allocated in any part of the property and the floor and position cannot be reserved in any way.

Please note that quadruple rooms may be a combination of single beds, double beds or a sofa bed. Some rooms cannot accommodate any extra beds or cots.

The extra bed, upon request, and where possible, has an additional cost;

The cot for infants 0-3 years old, upon request, is available free of charge; since the availability of cots is limited, it is advisable to request one at the time of booking.

The maximum number of cots allowed in the room is 1.

Check-in : the accommodation will be available starting from 1.00 pm.

Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10.30 am

Parking:
Parking is available, at a cost of €20.00 per day. Given the limited places, reservations are required until availability is available.


Free child
:

  • All children under 3 years old stay free (sleeping in parents' bed).
  • All children under 2 years old stay free (sleeping in a cot).

Animals are not allowed

Tourist Attractions :
The information on our website is current at the time of publication. Our descriptions on the website refer to the activities and sites available in the area you are visiting. We are not responsible for the aforementioned activities, as they are not managed, supervised or controlled by us. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information provided in relation to such activities or about the holiday areas you are visiting. Furthermore, we are not responsible for activities not included in our contract, even if we suggest them or assist you in booking them.

If you believe that any of the activities mentioned on our website, but which do not form part of our contract, are important to the enjoyment of your holiday, please write to us immediately and we will provide you with updated information.
